After accepting the commission, meet Astra at Sixth Street's Metro Station near Box Galaxy.
Afterwards, talk and walk with her to Waterfall Soup.
Think of Dish Ideas for Waterfall Soup
Upon arriving at Waterfall Soup, help General Chop by discussing your favorite ingredients with Astra. Finish the conversation to complete this commission.
