How to Unlock Shooting Star

Unlocked Through Raising Arte Proficiency

Tales of Arise - Status Menu and Proficiencies

Shooting Star can be acquired for Rinwell if the player can Increase Light Strike arte proficiency to at least 7000.

To check a character's proficiencies, open up the in-game menu and press on the status button to see the proficiencies of each individual character.
