How to Unlock Shooting Star

Raise Arte Proficiency and Unlock Bibliophile Title

Tales of Arise Raise Arte Proficiency

Players can unlock Shooting Star by raising their Light Arte Proficiency to 5500. Players also need to unlock the Bibliophile Title, which can be done by showing the first book, Secrets of the Stars, in the Bibliophile Subquest.

Note that this quest only unlocks after Dohalim and Kisara join your party during the Elde Menancia Main Quest.
