Phantom + Aquans

There are several combinations that result in Foul demons. You'll need demons with a high enough base level to fuse Sakahagi. We recommend doing a simple elemental fusion using Phantom and Aquans.

Since it is hard to recruit Foul demons, you can simply fuse Aquans to low level Foul demons until you get Phantom + Aquans. This is the easiest way of fusing Sakahagi while also registering Foul demons into your Compendium.
