Complete All Magatama
The Bandou Shrine will only be available once you've collected all the 24 Magatamas. Once done, proceed to the nearest Cathedral of Shadows and talk with its NPC to gain access to Bandou Shrine.

This Magatama is the pinnacle of all Magatamas. No conventional weaknesses aside from Almighty element attacks, as well as extreme stat boosts to all parameters aside LUCK.
The skills you learn from this Magatama, aside from Megidolaon and Radiance, are all supplemental to the already perfect Nullification it provides.
Masakados belongs to a class to its own, evident from the color of its Magatama icon.
