This is a guide about items in Shin Megami Tensei III HD Remaster (SMT Nocturne) for the Nintendo Switch, Steam, and PS4. Read on to see a list of all the items in the game!
Items can be used in or out of battle to grant you specific benefits. They can heal your HP or MP, revive incapacitated party members, cure status ailments, increase your stats, and even inflict damage on enemies.
First open your Command Menu screen. Select the option for items.
A sub-menu will appear that allows you to Use or Discard Items, and view both Gems and Key Items in your inventory.
To use Items outside of combat, simply select the option Use, and a list of consumables/usable items will appear. Next, it's as easy as selecting an item and completing the prompt to use it.
During a player's turn in combat, there will be several actions available to the character. One of the options is Item usage.
Simply go to the tab for items and select the desired item to be used. Do note that this will consume the character's turn when completed.
