Gozu-Tennoh is the leader of the Mantra demons in SMT 3. He can be found on Floor 64 of the Mantra HQ after the Demi-fiend fights the boss, Thor
How to Beat Thor: Thor Weakness and Strategies
After beating Thor, players will be able to access the different parts of the Mantra HQ.
A special elevator on Floor 3 of the Mantra HQ will take players up to Floor 60. This elevator is just past the cage where you fought Thor.
Once there, simply walk up all the stairs to Floor 64 to meet with Gozu-Tennoh.
Whether you join, refuse, or ask to think about it, Mantra demons will still be hostile towards you. You cannot avoid fighting them when you are sent to Ginza.
No matter what choice you pick, Gozu-Tennoh will always tell you that you should go back to Ginza. This is consistent for all choices, regardless of your allegiance.
One of the only things that change is that some dialogue choices will take your joining or refusal into account.
Gozu-Tennoh and the Mantra Demons align with strength. Joining them is a small step towards the aligning with the Reason of Yosuga.
