How to Get Frost Blast Field Upgrade

Unlocked at Level 29

MW3 Field Upgrade - Frost Blast
Upon reaching Level 29, the Frost Blast field upgrade is unlocked. Once you reach this level requirement, you can equip it from the Gear or Loadout menu under the Field Upgrade slot.

Best Zombies Field Upgrades

Get to Zombies Level 29 Fast by Doing Contracts and Exfiling With Items

Modern Warfare 3 - Frost Blast Spam Exfil and Contracts
You can earn xp fast by hopping into Zombies matches and start completing contracts, racking up a lot of zombie kills, and successfully exfiling with a lot of items marked with the Essence currency, as these items get converted into XP if you exfil with them.

MW3 - Frost Blast Effect
Using Frost Blast inflicts Frost Damage on all nearby enemies and slows any enemy that enters its area of effect. The damage from this field upgrade isn't substantial, but it can slow both normal and special zombies, allowing you to control choke points.

Reduce Cooldown by Killing Zombies

Modern Warfare 3 - Reduce Field Upgrade Cooldown by Killing Zombies
The Frost Blast has a cooldown upon each use, but you can recharge it quicker by killing zombies. You'll find the cooldown timer on the bottom right of corner your screen, the circular icon with a green meter right above the weapon and lethal equipment icons.
