The Wunderwaffe DG-2 Schematic is a reward for completing the Zombies Act 3 Tier 4 mission Holdout. The Wunderwaffe DG-2 Plans will be inside the Outlast Contract's Reward Rift at the end of the mission.
This is the only way to obtain the Wunderwaffe DG-2 Plans.
How to Get All Crafting Schematics
After obtaining the Wunderwaffe DG-2 Schematics at the end of the mission, succesfully exfil with them. The plans will instantly be consumed. Afterwhich, access will be granted to the Wunderwaffe DG-2 in the Schematic Crafting screen under the Wonder Weapons tab.
This enables you to craft a Wunderwaffe DG-2 Weapon Case, which you can use to spawn a Wunderwaffe DG-2 in the game.
Crafting a Wunderwaffe DG-2 Weapon Case has a 48-hour cooldown. Unlike insured weapons, you cannot reduce the cooldown time of Schematic Crafting, and you have to wait for the full duration before being able to craft it again.
The only way to exfil with the Wunderwaffe DG-2 is if you acquire a Wunderwaffe DG-2 Weapon Case. Once a Weapon Case is opened, you cannot put the weapon back inside and you will have to either drop it or use it in your current run.
Weapon Cases can be obtained inside Reward Rifts in the Mid and High Treat Zones.
How to Get and Exfil Wonder Weapons
Exfiltrating an equipped Wunderwaffe DG-2 (without a Weapon Case) will automatically convert it to 400 Bonus XP. The game prevents you from having contraband Wonder Weapons, as the rarity of all Contraband Weapons automatically becomes Common.
