Afghan is a 6v6 multiplayer map in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3). Read on to see the full interactive map, Hardpoint rotations, spawn points, best hiding spots, and tips and strategies for winning in Afghan.

This spot provides the best view of the whole area but leaves you wide open. To get here, head to the western side of the map, then climb up the hill and jump off the cliff and land on the tip of the plane's tail.
To get up on this cliffside platform, jump onto the plane, run up its right wing, then jump onto the rocky platform and set up a sniping position here.
The tail of the central plane is an easy hiding spot where you will be safe from all sides, allowing you to focus on what's in front of you.
There is a spot in the northeastern part of the map, where you can hide behind a small building. Mount your gun to the edge for a good view of the whole field.
This rocky hill can be reached by heading to the Cliffs area at the southern part of the map, getting behind the rocks, then climbing up till you reach a comfortable position where you can snipe enemies from the cover of the rocks.
At the far western part of the map, there is a SAM Turret you can hide behind. You can use this turret and the sandbags as cover while shooting enemies from afar.

It's great from all distances but its long distance capabilities shine in Afghan, as this map has several long lines of sight and spots with great views of large sections of the map. The MCW is a great weapon for both beginners and advanced players. ・The Longbow is one of the strongest snipers in the game and is fantastic in Afghan, as this map has wide open areas and windows where you can set up a quick snipe. Get into any of these good sniping spots to make the best of the Longbow in Afghan. |
