I'm using PS5 and I've updated the game and I can't play multiplayer. It is giving me an error. Error code: DEV ERROR 5433. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

This is prob because MS and Sony do not have an agreement like the previous Activision team had . I have had a ticket in for almost 2 months with promises from multiple support staff that they care and the experts are working to find a fix . That would work for me , except the former Activision support staff would have had this simple fix done and moved on to more pressing and difficult issues . MS has not changed - I think they paid 68 billion for data - data for their AI projects .
I was getting the message from my quick play. Restarted the console and same issue. So I didn’t hit quick play, I went to multiplayer and it loaded.
if you get the error loading into mp, load into zombies then back to mp

Uninstall multiply player and reinstall it. Worked for me.
