Fight with Two Primary Weapons

Modern Warfare 3 - Fight with Two Primary Weapons

The Gunner Vest allows you to carry two Primary Weapons, in exchange for being unable to equip Boots. This enables you to fight optimally at different ranges to cover for weaknesses.

For example, you can bring an Assault Rifle for medium-range fights, and a Sniper Rifle for long-range fights.

Stay in Combat for Longer

With the Gunner Vest equipped, you'll also deploy with max ammo. You'll be able to outgun enemies in extended fights, especially with its reload speed increase.

Combine with Mag Holster for Mission Control Comlink

Equipping the Mag Holster with the Gunner Vest gives you Mission Control Comlink, reducing the cost of Killstreaks.

How to Unlock Gunner Vest

Reach Level 20

The Gunner Vest is unlocked for your loadout by reaching level 20 on the progression track. Play matches to complete Daily and Weekly Challenges to get XP fast!
