How to Unlock FT Polycomb

Level Up Guns in MW3 Multiplayer Modes

The FT Polycomb attachment can be unlocked by leveling up the following guns in MW3 multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone:

Modern Warfare 3 -RAM-7RAM-7 Raise the RAM-7 to Level 23
Modern Warfare 3 -RAM-9RAM-9 Raise the RAM-9 to Level 21
Modern Warfare 3 -RAM-9RAM-9 Raise the RAM-9 to Level 21

Complete the Attachment's Armory Unlock Challenge

Modern Warfare 3 - Armory Unlock Challenge for Attachments

Alternatively, players who have reached Account Level 25 can opt to complete Armory Unlock challenges to get the FT Polycomb attachment, early.

Once you unlock this feature, modify your chosen gun at the Gunsmith and select the FT Polycomb from the Comb attachment slot of your weapon. This should activate its Armory Unlock contract, allowing you to complete Daily and Bonus Challenges to get it earlier.
