The Hijacked IFF Strobe renders you undetectable to enemy AI targeting systems like the Tactical Camera and Recon Drone, allowing you to play stealthily and catch enemies by surprise.
Another advantage of equipping the Hijacked IFF Strobe is that you cannot be seen through thermal optics. This can help you make sneaky plays inside Smoke Grenades.

The Hijacked IFF Strobe is unlocked for your loadout by reaching level 25 and activating it at the Armory and completing 5 Challenges. Armory Unlock Challenges are completed by finishing Daily and Bonus Challenges.

It doesn't work currently, you can equip it but all it does is change your weapons to be a BAS-B and Riviter, for some reason. Let's hope it gets fixed soon so I can stop being spawntrapped by helicopters.
