Urzikstan: Zombies Interactive Map
Head to the top of the bulwark on the western side of Seatown in the High Threat level zone. There will be a grave which, instead of a tombstone, has two rifles and three swords plunged into the ground. You will know this is the right grave if Mister Peeks, the stuffed toy rabbit, is resting on the opposite wall.
How to Get Free Perks in Zombies
Here, you will need to Pay Respects at the grave. Your weapon will then have all of its upgrades removed and placed into the reward rift that appears on top of the grave. Only sometimes, an Elemental Pop Can will appear alongside your refunded upgrades.
It is still unclear as to exactly what causes the free Perk to spawn. However, it may be tied to the types of upgrades you refund at the grave.

Elemental Pop is purchasable from the Elemental Pop Perk Machine for 2,000 Essence. These Perk Machines are marked by icons on the Tac Map. However, their locations vary, as they are randomly chosen from a pool of Perk Machine spots in each match.
You can craft an Elemental Pop Can if you have its crafting schematics. Go to your loadout menu and hover to your backpack and select Add Item, then go to Schematic Crafting to find the Elemental Pop Can under Perk-a-Colas.
Do note that there is a cooldown upon crafting. However, the upside to this is that they are free to craft and have no additional cost.
How to Get All Crafting Schematics
Completing a Contract can give you a Elemental Pop Can as a reward from the reward rift. The rewards for these are random, so you're not always guaranteed that you will get a can each time you finish a contract.
The Elemental Pop can be found randomly inside Loot Caches. It is extremely rare to find, and it can be difficult to locate one using this method. However, you will be able to save 2,000 Essence compared to buying it from the Perk Machine.
Using Elemental Pop allows your weapon to sometimes deal unique effects on enemies. These effects vary from applying more damage to stopping enemy movement. This effect will last until you exfil.
