Retrieve HVI's FOB-Key

Modern Warfare 3 - Go Around the Side
From the starting point, circle down south to the cave and pick up the Ascender here. Head further into the cave and swim to the other side. Continue sneaking around the southern edge of the map till you reach the HVI in a house.

Modern Warfare 3 - Take Fob Key
Stealthily take out the HVI with your silenced pistol and retrieve his key.

Open the Bunker Door

Modern Warfare 3 - Open the Bunker
From the HVI, head westward toward the building on the far left. You may need to circle down south along the edge of the map to avoid detection.

Modern Warfare 3 - Kill Guards
Take out the enemies standing guard with silenced pistol shots to the head. There are two of them: One patrolling outside and one inside.

Modern Warfare 3 - Open Bunker Door
Open the bunker door by pressing the button on the console.

Use FOB-Key on the Bunker Terminal

Modern Warfare 3 - Head into the Bunker
The bunker will be right across from where you pressed the button. Enter the bunker and take out the enemies inside. In case you alert enemies and trigger the alarm, you can pick up the Pulemyot inside, which can easily kill armored enemies.
2 Use the FOB-Key on the terminal inside the bunker to proceed to the next objective.

Clear the Mansion and Confront the Oligarch

Modern Warfare 3 - Sneak up the Side of the Mansion
From the bunker, head toward the mansion. The main pathway will be littered with guards and will be very difficult to sneak through. Instead, you can jump down into the tree-filled ravine, then make your way up the cliffside by climbing the rocks.

Modern Warfare 3 - Head up the Mansion
Take out all the enemies in the mansion, then head up the stairs to the top floor, where you will find Milena, thus ending the mission.
