When going for point blank kills, focus on getting kills while hip firing since they are attained in close-quarters combat. Equip a gun with high Hip Fire Accuracy and Sprint to Fire Speed to have the highest chance of winning a gunfight up close.
When gunning for point blank kills, play on maps that are designed for close-quarters combat. Try to vote for maps like Rust and Skidrow during the pre-match map voting if they pop up as options.
Smaller maps give you an advantage when aiming for point blank kills as you'll have lesser distance to cover when approaching your target.
You'll need to get up close and personal when gunning for point blank kills, and throwables like Stun and Flash Grenades will help you close the gap between your target.
