Before you ask, yes - Outsider is good at killing mob hordes. True. But again, Phantasio, Lady Nifle, Psyche, and Lynn all perform better overall. Outsider’s kit is what limits him, which is why he belongs in A-tier.
Funny, this guy is probably one of the only characters who can casually one-shot enemies, especially bosses. His damage multiplier is beyond ridiculous, unlike the rest of the SS-tier characters. Even though others like Phantasio, Lady Nifle, Psyche, or Lynn have better overall, the Outsider is just way too absurd and should probably belong to a higher A-tier—if it weren’t for his kit being solely focused on assassinating tanky units and bosses. That’s his main drawback, unlike the big 4.
