How to Ascend Characters
Hit the Current Level Cap
When a character reaches a specific level cap, players have the option to ascend them. This allows them to surpass the current level limit and advance to the next level.
Increase Trial Rank
Before you can ascend a character, you have to achieve a specific Trial Rank. You can increase your Trial Rank by completing quests, commissions, and exploring!
You can check your current Trial Rank by clicking the icon above the Mailbox in the main menu.
Required Trial Rank for Ascension Phase

Collect Materials
To ascend as a character, you must obtain the necessary ascension and forging materials. The ascension materials required vary based on the character element.
The Exploration domain can be used to farm the characters' ascension materials, whilst the Relocation domain can be used to farm forging materials.
Why Should You Ascend Characters?
Increased Base Stats
One of the more immediate effects of Ascending is a boost in stats for the character's base HP, ATK, Shield, and Demon Wedges Tolerance values.
Upgrade Skill Levels
Ascending a character allows you to perform skill upgrades once they reach the required level. You can only level up your character's skills dependent on their level, so keep leveling and ascending your characters to reach their maximum potential!
Meet Recommended Levels
As you ascend and level up your characters, they will be able to challenge a higher level commissions, allowing you to collect rarer minerals.
Some commissions will notify you if your character is too low-level for the domain you wish to challenge. Players can still challenge them without following the recommended Level, although it will be more difficult due to stat differences.
