To unlock Far Beyond the Sea, you need to talk to Brunetto. You can find Brunetto at Icelake Suburban Square.
Complete On a Gentle Breeze
On a Gentle Breeze is required to unlock the mission. Accomplish it first so you may gain access to this quest.

Look for Brunetto’s Belongings
Teleport to Purgatorio Island and look for Brunetto's Belongings near the tree at the heart of the village. You will need a key to open the chest and proceed.
Follow the quest marker to the key hidden inside an abandoned wagon. Take the key and return to the locked chest.
Defeat the Filthoids
The moment you unlock the chest and retrieve its contents 5 Filthoids, including Savage Filthoid will ambush you.
Defeat them to proceed to the next objective.
Go to the Rooftop
Follow the quest marker to the outer edge of the Filthoid-Ravaged Village and sit on one of the rooftops. Use your Wall Jump to reach the rooftops. Be sure to aim for the roof ledges so your character can easily climb them.
Watch out for the Filthoids in the area.
Catch a Local Fish
Head to the village's dock and prepare your fishing rod and bait. Once you're in the fishing mini-game, keep the bar afloat to where the fish icon is. This will gradually fill the white bar on the right, and once it's completely full, you'll successfully catch the fish!
Finish Dedicated Chef Quest to Unlock Fishing
You will unlock the fishing mini-game for the first time during the Dedicated Chef side quest. You will also receive a free fishing rod, which you can use to catch a local fish in this quest.

Buy Bait From the Angler Shop
If you're running low on bait, head to the Angler Shop and purchase bait using Angler's Token or Coins. There is one Angler Shop in Eastern District, Icelake.
Go Back to Brunetto
Head back to the Eastern District, Icelake, and talk to Brunetto again to complete the quest. He is still standing outside the Asphodel.
Far Beyond the Sea Bugs
Chest Bug
Some players are unable to progress in this quest due to a bug involving the chest containing the unclaimed belongings.
Despite following the quest marker to the chest location, players have reported that the chest is completely missing. There are others who are also unable to open the chest despite having the key in their inventory.
Missing Filthoids
A small number of players have also reported that no Filthoids appear to ambush you after you have unlocked the chest, softlocking them out of the Defeat the Filthoids objective and the rest of the Side Quest.
There are currently no known fixes for these bugs as of now.

When i get to the quest area, the key isnt there. I looked in the cart. And it's not somehow in my inventory either because i can't open the chest... I returned a few times but it still hasn't changed.
