Investigate the Source in Icelake

Teleport to the Windwake Pier, run west, and cross the bridge. Once you're at the entrance of a small cave, look for the clue related to the source of the bloodstained Phoxene.

Note that you will have to pass a very high Wisdom check of 120. Be sure to raise your Wisdom points through NPC dialogues found in the overworld, or through side quests, before proceeding.

The first clue is located inside the cave, specifically on top of a rock that's next to a black-blue crate and a lamp.

Head a bit deeper in the cave as the second clue is also sitting on a pile of rocks, right next to a shrub.

The third clue is by the ground that's at the entrance of the cave.

The final clue is also on the ground, specifically next to some shrubs inside the cave.

If you chose to report Larry to the Escort, teleport back to Icelake Suburb Gates and talk to Kevin, who is a brown-haired NPC. Note that you must pass a very high Chaos check of 110.

You can gain more Chaos points by talking to NPCs or completing side quests.
