Go to Starwharf. In front of the Avian Tower, look for a store and a man with horns wearing a blue tunic and a quest marker. He is having an argument with the tea seller.

Escord Chen Baisha and Defeat the Incoming Filthoids
Travel to Reedshore with Chen Baisha. There, defeat three Filthoids and two Sable Bi’ans.
Speak with Chen Baisha
Chen Baisha talks about his memories of walking through Reedshore, but says it has become dangerous. He then tells you that EverSpring is just ahead.
Head to EverSpring and Find Proprietor Hu
You’ll find Proprietor Hu to the left of the stairs at EverSpring’s entrance. He’s happy to see Chen Baisha and offers his best teas. Chen Baisha tries them all, but ends up too full to continue.
Head to the Riverbank
Meet Chen Baisha at the riverbank. He remembers running there in the past and asks you to race him.
Race along the Riverbank
You have 45 seconds to race Chen Baisha. Run to the quest marker to start the cutscene. After the cutscene, the quest is finished.
