Head to the Legion Medical Centre
To get to the Legion Medical Centre, head to Icelake Suburban Square and talk to the Escort soldiers stationed in front of the Security Bureau. Thanks to your efforts in the previous investigation, the guards will let you in to see Rhythm.
A cutscene will begin as soon as you enter the medical centre. You, Outsider, and Snow will talk amongst yourselves while Rhythm dreams about her brother, Blues Fischer. She will awaken after the brief flashback.
Talk to Rhythm
Go to Rhythm's bedside and talk to her. She will ask for your help one last time to retrieve a silver seal from the Fischers' secret base. She will use the silver seal to write letters on your behalf to help you with your search for Berenica.

Head to the Fischers' Secret Base
Teleport to the Icelake Outskirts Avian Tower and jump up and onto the bridge above. Follow the quest marker to the gate leading to the secret base.
Go through the gate and follow the quest marker to a set of crates. Climb up the crates and enter a small tunnel that will lead you to the Fischer siblings' hideout.
Search for the Silver Seal
Before you can find Rhythm's silver seal, you will need to examine four different items first:

Unlock the Drawer and Retrieve the Seal
The quest marker will take you to a drawer next to the desk. Interact with the drawer to start a puzzle. Solve it to unlock the drawer and retrieve the sigil.
Interacting with the drawer again after solving the puzzle will allow you a glimpse of a framed portrait of the Fischer siblings.

Return the Sigil to Rhythm
Return to the Legion Medical Centre and return the sigil to Rhythm. She will finally ask you details about Berenica and give her word that she will use her influence as Warrant Officer to obtain information on her whereabouts.
By the end of the cutscene, Lynn of the 13th Legion will appear, marking the end of the Time of Innocence subquest.
