Talk to Overly Friendly Miner

To unlock Too Good to Be True, you need to talk to Overly Friendly Miner. You can find Overly Friendly Miner at Glevum Pit.

Follow the Miner's Lead
The Overly Friendly Miner will entice you to have a stash of Silverite within Glevum Pit. Once you agreed to follow him, he will lead you to multiple spots with Silverite.

Collect Silverite
Once you've claimed your first Silverite, you need to talk to the Overly Friendly Miner again. He will ask you if you want to continue and if you agreed, he will bring you to another spot with Silverite.
If you decided not to push further, the Overly Friendly Miner will say it's your loss. However, you get a Wisdom +1 Impression point for declining. This will complete the quest.
If you continue on his second inquiry, the miner will call out 4 Muscleman to ambush you. Defeat them and that will conclude the quest.

Impression Points
Once you've completed the Too Good to Be True quest, you will get Benefit +1 if you defeated the Muscleman, but Wisdom +1 if you decided that what you got is enough.
