Talk to the Elder Woman
Head to the south corner of Mist Aken, by going through the alleys or zipping through the roofs. Talk to Belinda, an elder woman with black horns, who's standing next to her own tent. You also must pass a Wisdom check of 65 to continue.

Search the Glevum Pit
Head to the Glevum Pit and look for the wire that's located near some black crates. Be careful, as there are enemies nearby who are ready to take you down.
Defeat Lulo Lunoloot
Lulu Lunoloot, who is a tiny purple NPC carrying a sack, will start to run around the area. Chase after her and tear her down like an enemy to get what you need!
Head Back to Belinda
Head back to the south corner of the Eastern District and deliver the wire to Belinda to complete the quest. She is still next to her tent.
