Leave the Galea Theatre
Defeat the Musclemen blocking your path.
Bring the Phoxicor to Zhiliu
Interact with the underground arms dealer in front of you.
Leave the Galea Theatre
Head to the entrance of the Galea Theatre and exit.
Show Zhiliu the Way
Zhiliu will follow you. Go down the stairs toward the Suburban Square, then continue straight to the Asphodel and enter the building.
After completing the quest, you will unlock the Stranger from Afar Event.
