Go, Geniemons! Objectives

Talk to Snow

Find Snow in the Sanctuary. You can teleport there directly using the map. Approach Snow and ask her about what's been bothering her. She will tell you about a rumored giant pig found lakeside of the Lamenting Lake. She will convince you to go on a quick trip with her to find the giant pig.

Head to Lamenting Lake

Duet Night Abyss Lamenting Lake Map

Leave the Sanctuary and access the map. If you haven't unlocked the Windwake Pier Avian Tower yet, you can teleport to the Icelake Outskirts Avian Tower. Then, follow the quest marker down to Lamenting Lake.

Make Your Way to the Islet

Duet Night Abyss Lamenting Lake

From the distance, you'll spot two men talk to each other. Snow believes they might know something about the giant pig. Use the fragile ice platforms to make your way to the islet. The platforms break easily, so you'll have to be quick. You can use the Helix Jump to cover more ground.

Defeat the Shady Characters

Go Geniemons 4

Reaching the two men will trigger a cutscene in which Snow and the Protagonist realize that the two men are Geniemon Hunters. A mysterious voice will enlist your help in rescuing the caged Geniemon.

Defeat the poachers and the surrounding Filthoids to drive them away. After the poachers run off, another cutscene will be triggered. The playable character duo Truffle and Filbert will introduce themselves.
