Teleport to the Hall of Ephemerality, then enter the area and proceed to the quest marker to which a cutscene will trigger.

Search the Hall of Ephemerality for Case Records Concerning Weisheng's Wife
Enter the Hall of Ephemerality and inspect the three clues on the tables marked by the quest objective.
Deduce Which Case Record Concerns Weisheng's Wife
Open the Quest menu and navigate to the Deduce tab. Select the case “Case Records: Concerns Weisheng’s Wife”, then choose the third entry, Case Record: Liu (M), and submit the clue.
Discuss Your Findings in the Case Records with Fushu
Head over to Fushu who's just behind you and talk to her.
