Story Mini-Bosses are quest battles featuring limited battle encounters that also progress the main story of Duet Night Abyss.

While defeating a story boss will advance the main story of the game, these story bosses will not unlock a Nocturnal Echoes version.

Bosses Tips and Strategies

Aim for Weakness Exposed

Aim for Weakness Exposed DNA

Bosses have a Weakness Exposed feature. Players must try to keep on dealing damge to the armor stance bars, which will eventualy break the boss's armor. This opens them up for attacks that deal a lot of damage.

Study the Boss Attack Patterns

Bosses in Duet Night Abyss each have unique attack patterns that require dodging and proper manuevering of the battlefield to avoid.

Some attacks need to be charged, so there may be an indicator on where the attack will land. Players can use this timing to plan the next move during the fight!
