Open the Treasure Chest
Teleport to the Icelake Suburb Gates and head to the bridge. Jump down to its right side, and try to open the sketchy-looking chest waiting below.

Defeat the Imperial Three
After talking to the three NPCs, a fight will ensue. Be careful, as other overworld enemies might get entangled in the battle. All you need to do is to defeat three enemies labelled as Muscleman to progress!
Talk to the Imperial Three
Once you defeat the Imperial Three, head to the chest and interact with the bigger bro. After a series of dialogues and meeting a new character, the quest will be complete!
