Obtain Through Plumule and Phoxene Exchange

Obtain Through Plumule and Phoxene Exchange

You may get Prismatic and Pristine Hourglass by exchanging Plumule and Phoxene. 1 hourglass requires 160 plumules or phoxene, so you'll need 1600 for 10 pulls.

Obtain From Prism Standard Exchange

Obtain From Prism Standard Exchange

Another option is to get them from the Standard Exchange using Lucent Prism. Every month, you can exchange 8 Lucent Prism for 1 Prismatic or Pristine Hourglass (a maximum of 5).

The Lucent Prism can be obtained by obtaining duplicate items from the Myriad Banners.

Hourglasses can be obtained for free by playing through events. Some events,  will reward Prismatic and Pristine hourglasses, however most will only be available for a limited time, so claim them as soon as possible!

You can collect Prismatic Hourglass by leveling up your Bard's Tome Battle Pass! However, in order to receive Prismatic Hourglass from the Battle Pass, you must purchase the Handcover Edition.

You can collect up to 5 Prismatic Hourglass every Battle Pass.

Used to Pull on Myriad Banners

You can only use the Prismatic Hourglass and Pristine Hourglass to pull on Myriad Banners. The Prismatic Hourglass is used to pull the Event-Exclusive Banner, whereas the Pristine Hourglass is used for the Standard Banner.
