Open the Profile interface
Select Settings
Go to Miscellaneous Settings
Click on Redemption Codes and enter your codes
Check your Mail to claim the rewards

Is There a Redeem Site?

Duet Night Abyss Has No Redeem Site

Currently, you can only redeem codes in-game by heading to Miscellaneous Settings and using the Redemption Code feature there, as Duet Night Abyss has not yet implemented a redeem site for you to enter.
