Wait for Psyche by the Ticket Booth
Follow the quest marker to the ticket booth by the theatre near the Sanctuary and wait for Psyche there. Instead of Psyche, Outsider will appear to meet you.
During the cutscene in which the two of you discuss Henrik and Psyche, screams coming from the Hypnos' House will interrupt your conversation with Outsider.
Investigate the Situation at the Hypnos' House
Run to Hypno's House and talk to Snow, who will appear to greet you. She will tell you that Psyche has gone on a rampage and hurt Henrik before fleeing outside of Icelake.
After the cutscene, go inside Hypnos' House.
Follow the Boy
A distressed resident of the Hypnos' House will come to greet you. Follow him down the stairs from the lobby.
Enter Henrik's Office
Enter Henrik's office and approach Henrik who is found lying on the floor. The state of the room indicates that there has been a struggle inside, resulting in Henrik's fatal injuries.
After a cutscene, you will be free to investigate his office. You can pick up the readables in the office. You can also approach the book case and solve a puzzle and open it to gain access to Henrik's files.
Afterward, leave Henrik's office and talk to Outsider and Snow.
Speak with Outsider
Talk to Outsider about your plans to find and rescue Psyche. The three of you will decide to head to the city gates and try to find her from there.
Follow the Butterflies to Find Psyche
Teleport to the Avian Tower by Lamenting Lake and jump down to the green butterflies. Follow them to find your way to Psyche.
Brave the Howling Winds Across the Lamenting Lake
As you begin your pursuit, the wind will start picking up, resembling a blizzard.
The winds are particularly strong and will affect your speed and mobility, so it's recommended to manage your limited dash movements to avoid getting knocked down by the wind.
Take Cover
Hide behind rocks and crates every time the wind starts to pick up.
There will also be Filthoids in the area. Some will be lying in wait behind industrial crates, rocks, and ice that you can use for cover.
You can focus on finding a place to hide behind before defeating them. You can also defeat them from a distance using Combat Skill or ranged weapon.
Head to the Caverns
Follow the quest marker to the Thawing Caverns and jump across the floating ice to get to cross Lamenting Lake. Be mindful of the howling winds, as they can push you off the platforms and into the water.
You can bide your time and wait until the winds calm down before jumping across.
Find Psyche
Keep following the quest marker through the cavern and onto a large cliff. This is where you will find Psyche.
Awaken Psyche

You will encounter Eclosioner as a story boss as you attempt to awaken Psyche. The Eclosioner is a highly mobile enemy that uses flight and AoE attacks in battle.
For this fight, use long-range attacks and target its wings to weaken it.
