Sandrealm Meditation is a combat simulation arena that lets you spawn in enemies and practice with different characters! Check out our guide to learn how Sandrealm Meditation works, how to unlock it, and how to use it to practice Duet Night Abyss' combat!

To unlock Sandrealm Meditation, you will have to finish the prologue and reach the Sanctuary in Icelake. Inside the Sanctuary, you will be able to find a sword at the back of the room. Interact with it to access the practice arena.

Sandrealm Meditation is a controlled environment that lets you spawn in and battle enemies. You can use your any of your characters to get a feel for their kit and learn their attacks.
You are allowed to spawn in up to 20 enemies, divided among any number of types, of any level, from 1 to 180.

One of the few things that you'll have access to within Sandrealm Meditation is the Armoury. As long as you're not in combat, you are allowed to switch freely between characters. This makes this mode a great place to learn the movesets, strengths, and weaknesses of different characters.
You're not allowed to deploy locked characters, but you can deploy newly unlocked ones. Even at level 1, you can practice effectively by simply spawning enemies at lower levels. This means you can easily see if a character fits your playstyle before you invest any time or precious leveling materials in them.

All discovered non-boss enemies can be spawned within Sandrealm Meditation. This includes wild animals, Filthoids, Hyperborean Empire soldiers, members of the Elysian Church, and the Forsakens.
By default, these enemies will attack once they notice you. This makes Sandrealm Meditation a great place to study how different enemies behave and fight. It’s especially helpful for learning the attack patterns of rare enemies, who normally appear alone among groups of weaker foes.

In Sandrealm Meditation, you have access to everything in the Armoury. It’s the perfect place to try out new characters, weapons, team setups, Demon Wedges, and even Geniemon.
Best Team Comps: Teambuilding Tips

One particularly effective method of doing this is by spawning in a practice dummy of sorts. You can do this by spawning in a single enemy set to the highest level and turning the Enemy Active Mode off. The Savage Filthoid is the perfect candidate for this as they are accessible from the start and have a high life total and large hitbox.

The amount of damage dealt pops up when attacking enemies. With a stationary filthoid absorbing damage, you will be free to carefully watch the numbers appearing with each attack.
Now, you'll be able to see how different changes to your loadout can affect your damage output. You can also observe how often you get chance-based triggers and how different abilities affect your characters.

The only other menu accessible within Sandrealm Meditation is the Tutorials menu. With this, you can go back to previous tutorial pop-ups that you may have glossed over or simply forgotten. From there, you can take what you've learned and apply it to real-time combat.
You can also use this to go back to observe how special enemies' descriptions translate to practical scenarios.
