The quest will begin once you talk to Luna, a local physician in front of the Asphodel.

During your conversation, two enemies will appear and you will have to protect her. Defeat them to progress the quest, where she will ask you to head over to the Hypnos' House to look for the remedy to her extremely sore throat.

You will be asked to check 3 areas in the Hypnos' House. The first 2 shelves will contain prescriptions that won't work for Luna.

However, the third prescription, which can be found on the floor outside Henrik's office, may apply to her condition.

Collect the item and leave Hypnos House.

Report back to Luna

Duet Night Abyss Give Remedy to Luna

(It dawns on you: if this remedy really works, it could bring back a bard's voice — and with it, the very danger that stole it away.)
Response Effect
Hand her the remedy. She remains sick upon further interaction with her.
Keep it to yourself. Luna will continue to mumble unintelligibly, distressed and unwell upon further interaction with her.

Head back to Luna near the Asphodel's entrance. From there, you can choose to give the medicine to her or not. Doing so, she will drink it but will show signs of still being sick upon interacting with her.

Duet Night Abyss A Dangerous Prescription Client Bug

A few players have reported being unable to interact with Luna, the client of A Dangerous Prescription. Specifically, they cannot trigger her dialogue even when the prompt to talk to her pops up. They have also described an "invisible wall" in between her and the Phoxhunter, preventing them from starting the quest or submitting the prescription.

As of now, there are no known fixes, as players have already tried restarting the game, but to no avail.
