Restart Internet
The issue may also be caused by your own internet connection. A general fix would be to restart your internet modem and try to connect again.
Re-Add Your Account Through the Switch Menu
Some users have reported being able to bypass the login failure error by re-adding their accounts. In the game’s title screen, click the switch account menu on the right. If you only have one account logged in, you will be asked to sign in. Prepare an email for this step and use it to sign in.
Once you have logged in with the spare email, click the switch account menu again. Instead of being greeted with a sign in screen, it will now display all the accounts saved on your client including your main account. Click the option Add Account and go through the sign in process again, but with your main account this time.
Launch Through the Store
Users who downloaded Duet Night Abyss using the Epic Games Store reported that they fixed the login failure error by booting the game through the store, rather than the launcher shortcut. To do this, go to your Library and select Duet Night Abyss or select it through the Quick Launch tab on the left.
Contact Customer Support
The team has mentioned that they are aware and are currently fixing some of the known crashes. If players are still experiencing game-breaking bugs, it is best to contact their Customer Support below.
Report Bugs on the Official Discord
It's best to report any bugs or issues you encounter to the official Duet Night Abyss Discord server below. Be sure to format the bug report properly once you send it to the bug-report channel.
This allows the developers to quickly acknowledge and hopefully address them.
Wait for Server Fixes
Duet Night Abyss’ servers may be undergoing instability, either due to player traffic or a bug. Developer Pan Studios, in an update on October 28, 2025 (UTC+8), announced that they were working on certain known issues. Unstable servers, which are a common issue in official launches and new updates, could be part of the fixes in a future update.
