Go to the Place Mentioned in the Letter
Go down the path leading to the pond outside of Icelake to find Giselle. You will find both Giselle and Violetta by the pond, having a heated confrontation. Giselle will accuse Violetta of casting aside her original identity as Enola, whom Sig kidnapped, and stealing his sister Violet's identity.
Violetta will go along with Giselle's accusations and act like the villain in order to protect her student, provoking Giselle.
Stop Giselle
Giselle will pull out a knife and try to attack Violetta. Defeat Giselle and stop her from killing Violetta.
After the short battle, the Phoxhunter will present evidence to prove that Violetta cared for Violet. Violetta will also reveal that Violet had already passed away before the fire supposedly took her, and that it has become her personal mission to take Violet's play, Putini, to the stage.

Take a Walk with Violetta
Go to Mist Aken and follow the quest marker to the place where Violet and Sig used to live. After a period of reflection, Giselle will reveal that Rosalind Magnus, the heiress she supposedly "kidnapped" had actually left Icelake.
Eventually, Giselle will ask you to choose whether to reveal the truth behind the events 16 years ago.
