Head to the Asphodel and Talk to Snow

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Snow Location
Make your way to the Asphodel to check out any new developments.

Talk to Snow to officially begin the quest. You'll find her talking to an elderly man who frequents the Asphodel.

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Notice

During the conversation with the regular, the Phoxhunter will receive a newspaper from Snow. They will notice an ad from an anonymous writer searching for a person who matches their description. You and Snow begin to suspect the possibility that it was Berenica, or someone pretending to be her, who posted the ad.

Return to the Sanctuary

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Sanctuary Rest
As soon as the cutscene ends, you will appear at the Sanctuary. Go to the couch to rest and move on to the next objective.

Sneak Out

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Sneak Out
The Phoxhunter will wake up in the middle of the night in order to sneak out and investigate the person who posted the ad. As soon as you exit the Sanctuary using the stairs, Snow will catch you and join you.

Head to the Icelake Town Square

Follow the quest marker down from the Sanctuary to Icelake Suburban Square. This will trigger a cutscene in which you and Snow spot a white-haired woman standing by the red phonebooth.

Confirm the Identity of the White Haired Woman

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Confirm the Identity of the White Haired Woman

Approach the woman standing by the phonebooth to trigger another cutscene. Snow will approach the woman to verify her identity, but it will be revealed that the woman is not Berenica.

When Snow leaves, the woman will receive a call from a superior officer, who will order the guards to block all exits from Icelake, preventing you from escaping.

Discuss the Next Move with Snow

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Discuss the Next Move with Snow Location

Upon realizing that the newspaper ad was a trap, the Phoxhunter will decide to talk to Snow. Follow the quest marker to find her near the stairs by the phonebooth, standing close to mannequins outside of an atelier.

Slip Away Without Alerting the Drones

After your discussion with Snow, you will appear on a rooftop near Icelake Suburban Square. Several drones can be seen floating around the area in search of you and Snow. Follow the quest markers while avoiding them to make your way to a possible escape route.

How to Avoid Drones

Duet Night Abyss Lost and Found Drone Detection Range

Though there are plenty of drones in the area, their detection range is very limited and there will be plenty of room to walk around them.

If you are spotted by a drone, the light will turn red. You will have time to escape before you are caught, so you can move away until the drone can no longer detect you.

Reaching your destination near the entrance to the sewer canal will trigger a long cutscene in which Zhiliu intervenes on your behalf and helps you escape from Icelake. She will invite you and Snow to travel with her to Huaxu, jumpstarting the Huaxu - Incense and Marvels Event, the Journey Across the Lands Main Quest, and officially unlocking the Huaxu Region.
