Talk to Distressed Soldier

To unlock Sewer Maintenance Duty, you need to talk to Distressed Soldier. You can find Distressed Soldier at Icelake Sewers.
Expedition Tab
Another way to unlock this Dynamic Quest is through the Expedition Tab via the Map.

Clear the sewerage blockage
Interact with the Distressed Soldier. He will ask for help in clearing the clogged sewerage. You need to open three sluice gates to flush out the clog.

 Interact with the mechanism in front of the Distressed soldier. |
 Location 2 |
 Go to the mechanism across the room. |
 Location 3 |
 From the second mechanism, head to the right and you will see a valve handle. |

After you interact with the first mechanism, it will have you complete a mini-game where you drag the white hexagon to the endpoint hexagon.
Location 2
Interact with this mechanism and you need to illuminate the white areas to active the device.
Location 3
Interact with this mechanism and complete the puzzle by continously breaking through the drag ranges.
Speak with the Soldier
Return to the Soldier and after talking to him, the quest will be completed and you will get your reward.
