To unlock Master of Atlasian Aesthetics, you need to talk to Amiette. You can find Amiette at Sanctuary.
Complete Prey VS Hunter

Talk to Amiette
Amiette can be found standing outside of the Sanctuary. Talk to him to officially begin the Special Side Quest. He will discuss weapon aesthetics with you, during which Lunosmith will join in the conversation. Afterwards, they will encourage you to dye your weapon. Amiette will give you these Standard Dyes to start you off: Standard Dye: Timber and Standard Dye: Dune.

Enter the Sanctuary
Follow Lunosmith into the Sanctuary. This will begin the Cosmetics and Dyeing tutorial. The game will automatically choose your equipped weapon for customization, but you can also choose any weapon in your Armoury to customize.
Use the Dyes to Color Your Weapon
Use the dyes Amiette and Lunosmith gave you to dye parts of your chosen weapon. The dyes you have are limited, so choose wisely.
Show Lunosmith the Finished Product
After successfully dyeing your weapon, go to Lunosmith at the Forge and show her the finished product.
