Lisbell is a strong DPS unit that you can get by clearing the Mystic Maze. Given she's a Lumino character, she deals a lot more damage towards Umbro enemies but doesn't have extra effects on other elements.

Lisbell's damage mainly comes from her attacks during her Consonance Weapon's uptime, Samael. You'll want to boost this by giving her more Skill DMG, Weapon DMG, and ATK for damage.
For better rotations of her kit, Skill Efficiency, Max Sanity, and even Skill Duration is highly recommended. The first two boosts Samael's uptime, while the latter extends Samael's enhancement levels.
For Lisbell's Consonance Weapon, its loadout should buff Smash ATK, ATK, ATK Speed, and CRIT Chance.

Lisbell primarily scales off Skill DMG, so Wanewraith is pretty much recommended to boost her damage. That said, you can still benefit from other weapons that give ATK stats, such as Blade Amberglow and Sacred Favour.

How to Play Lisbell
Directly Attack with In the Name of Patience
In the Name of Patience has Lisbell to lunge forward and deal Lumino damage to enemies.
Equip Samael with That's It!
That's It! unsheaths Samael, Lisbell's Consonance Weapon. You can put Samael back by pressing the Skill again to save up Sanity.
Hold Down Attack To Spin!
While Samael is equipped, you can hold down the Melee Attack button to charge up to do a spin attack. While charging up, Lisbell gains hitstun resistance and the longer it charges, the stronger the attack.
How to Get Lisbell
Clear Mystic Maze Stage I - VI
Lisbell can be obtained by clearing Stage I - VI of the Mystic Maze. She is one of the free characters available in the game.
Get Through the Secret Letter System
Most of the characters in Duet Night Abyss can be obtained through the Secret Letter system. Using 10 Secret Letter Clues, you can buy the Secret Letter of Lisbell, which can be opened after completing a Covert Commission stage.
After opening a Secret Letter, it has a chance to drop a Thought. You then need 30 pieces of a Thought to unlock Lisbell. Do note that Secret Letters are not guaranteed to drop a Thought!
Use Phoxene Plumule to Buy Thoughts
If you go to the Shop via the pause menu, you can buy a character's Thought for 150 Phoxene Plumule, which is the game's premium currency and can be bought using real money.
