On January 20, 2026, Secret Letters for Fushu and Halycon Gracefall will be removed from Immersive Theatre and moved to Nocturnal Echoes.

The Secret Letter for the new polearm, Dove of Tomorrow will also become available.

This page will be updated once the content is released, including details on which bosses reward the characters and weapons.

Study the Boss Attack Patterns

Bosses in Duet Night Abyss each have unique attack patterns that require dodging and proper manuevering of the battlefield to avoid. For Nocturnal Echoes, each boss may feature new moves that players will encounter.

Some attacks need to be charged, so there may be an indicator on which area to avoid.

Choose Wisely as Drops are Limited

Nocturnal Echoes bosses can only be claimed 5 time each week. If a player is aiming to unlock a specific item or character, they must plan ahead and choose which Nocturnal Echoes boss they want to challenge for the rewards they need!

Upgrade Characters and Weapons

Players might also need to upgrade their characters and weapons to take on higher difficulty challenges. The Nocturnal Echoes bosses' attacks will be faster and do more damage as the level increases.

Nocturnal Echoes are Limited Challenges DNA

Nocturnal Echoes are limited boss fights that can be challenged to farm and receive Secret Letters. These letters can help players unlock characters and weapons.

Note that players can get valuable rewards from these bosses, but Nocturnal Echoes can only be challenged 5 times each week for claiming rewards in fixed locations. These reset every week on Monday 05:00 AM (UTC+8).

Higher Difficulty Battles DNA
The Nocturnal Echoes Bosses will be higher in difficulty in comparison to the story version of the boss. It is recommended to prepare your characters before the fight!
