Players can equip and manage their Demon Wedges in the Duet Night Abyss (DNA) Armoury screen. See a guide on Demon Wedges, how to equip them, and how track shift modules work in this guide!
List of Contents

To use Demon Wedges, open the Armoury and select either a Character or a Weapon to modify. Once chosen, select the red Demon Wedge button near the lower-right of the screen.

Once in the Demon Wedge interface, you can drag an applicable wedge to an open slot to equip it, granting the listed stats to whichever character or weapon was selected.
Note that Demon Wedges are separated into Character or Weapon Demon Wedges, and only the appropriate type of wedge can be equipped to the chosen character or weapon.

The amount and strength of Demon Wedges that you can equip to a character or a weapon is dictated by their Tolerance. Each Demon Wedge has an innate Tolerance value, while characters and weapons have a Tolerance Limit.
You cannot exceed the Tolerance Limit when equipping Demon Wedges, meaning that you will have to use combinations and rarities of Demon Wedges that fit into the limit.

You can increase the Tolerance Limit by upgrading characters and weapons. The higher a character or weapon's level is, the higher the Tolerance Limit will become. You will also unlock more slots by Ascending, letting you use more Wedges in conjuction.

Demon Wedges also have Tracks assigned to each of them. If you equip a Wedge to a slot that matches its Track, its Tolerance load will be reduced. If they don't match, however, it will increase instead.

White, Green, Blue, and Purple-tier Demon Wedges can be obtained by completing Noctoyager Manual Commission and Expulsion Commission stages. Challenging higher level Commission stages can yield higher rarity Demon Wedges.
Moreover, it's recommended to use Commission Manuals in determining the rewards pool before starting a mission in Noctoyager Manual Commissions. This could help increase the chances of getting Demon Wedges, with higher-rarity Manuals boosting the amount of Demon Wedges that can be obtained.
On the other hand, Secret Letter Clue: Chaos and Secret Letters are recommended to use for Expulsion Commission to influence the rewards pool and boost the Demon Wedges drops.

Gold-tier Demon Wedges can be forged once their blueprints have been collected. One way to obtain blueprints for Golden Demon Wedges is by going to the in-game Covert Commissions Shop and purchasing Secret Letters which are unlocked at Trial Levels 45, 50, and 60.
You can use these Secret Letters to be able to pick Demon Wedges as one of the rewards for Covert Commissions, from which you have a chance to receive the blueprint for a Demon Wedge as a reward for completing Commissions.

| How to Upgrade Demon Wedges via the Character Screen | |
|---|---|
| 1. | Go to the character screen. |
| 2. | Select the Demon Wedge you want to upgrade. |
| 3. | Select the Level/s you want to upgrade the Demon Wedge to. |
| 4. | Make sure you have the required amount of Carmine Globue and Coins. |
| 5. | Click the "Upgrade" button on the bottom-right. |
Upgrading Demon Wedges requires Carmine Globule and Coins as materials. Using these upgrade materials, you can level up Demon Wedges via the character screen. Keep in mind that there is an Upgrade Level Cap imposed on each Demon Wedge rarity tier.

Demon Wedges are equipment that will provide a variety of stats when attached to a weapon or character. Use Demon Wedges to greatly improve your combat performance!

The amount of stats provided by a Demon Wedge will increase the rarer it is. The actual values of the stats do not change across rarities, and only the quantity of different stats provided does.
