Utilize Perfect Assists to Parry Attacks

Do Perfect Assists whenever you can to easily parry Corrupted Overlord - Pompey's attacks. This lets you inflict massive amounts of Daze on it which eventually leads to a stun.

To do a Perfect Assist, press the Switch button when you see a flashing yellow light.

How to Do Perfect and Quick Assists

Parry the Corrupted Overlord's Motorcycle Attack

Corrupted Overlord - Pompey will raise its motorcycle and lines start to appear on the screen. Parry this specific attack and it will briefly halt the Corrupted Overlord in its tracks, which gives you a window to inflict more Daze or damage onto it!

Beware of Corrupted Overlord's Continuous Attacks

In its next form, Corrupted Overlord - Pompey will launch a flurry of attacks after it slams its hammer into the ground. You will quickly run out of Assist Points if you try to parry all of them. Be prepared to do some Perfect Dodges when you can't do Perfect Assists anymore!

Use a team of Fire characters to easily beat Corrupted Overlord - Pompey since it is weak to it. Avoid using Electric characters since it is resistant to them.
