But did you lose the 75/25 before that or not? The questions was is it guaranteed to get the w engine after losing the first time.

not sure if it’s 50/50 or 75/25, but I just lost the weapon banner to Rina’s w-engine, so it’s definitely not 100%.

Does the W-Engine banner have a 100% chanse of getting the character W-Engine if you loose the last 75/25?????
