Paper Mario TTYD Switch Remake New Features and Differences
At every chapter of the game, you'll battle a tough boss before you can get the corresponding Crystal Star for that section of the story. You'll need to prepare Mario and your party members for the upcoming fight, so heal up and stock up on items!
You may also encounter mini bosses in the middle of these chapters. They may not be as tough as the chapter bosses, but they can deliver a fight.
There are five secret boss fights in the game that you can either skip or take on at any point in the game. If you want to complete your Tattle Log, you need to challenge these bosses to a fight.
Each of the secret bosses has specific conditions in order for you to battle them.
Bosses are a one-time fight in the game, so if you forgot or were unable to get your opponent's info and stats using Goombella's Tattle move during the fight, you can still get them after defeating the boss at Professor Frankly's house in Rogueport.
If you missed any monster information, check the professor's trash can inside his house, and you'll be able to register their stats in your Tattle Log.
