Once at the Glitz Pit, head backstage using either the door at left or right side of the hall. Navigate through the hallway, and find Jolene's office (formerly Grubba's office). Upon finding and talking to Jolene, she gives you the magazine back. Return it to Toodles at Poshley Heights for a reward.
I Need My Magazine. from Toodles will appear at the Trouble Center once you complete Chapter 6. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.
The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.
To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.
Toodles will reward you with a Platinum Card once you complete the I Need my Magazine trouble side quest. The card can be given to Lahla at the Pianta Parlor which allows Mario to play the Boat Mode game.
