Help Me Restock! Quest Objectives
1	Talk to Plenn T., the shopkeeper at Rogueport's item shop.
2	Get 5 Courage Shells.
3	Give the shells to Plenn T.

Get 5 Courage Shells

For this quest, you need to give five Courage Shells to the Rogueport item shopkeeper. These shells can be easily obtained by purchasing them at Niff T.'s shop in Petalburg for 5 coins each.

If you need more inventory space, you can have the Petalburg shopkeeper store some of your items, then take them back out through the Rogueport shopkeeper.

Courage Shells can also be obtained by stealing them from Paratroopas using Ms. Mowz's Kiss Thief move. Paratroopas can be found at Hooktail Castle.

Help Me Restock! from Plenn T. will appear at the Trouble Center once you complete Chapter 1. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.

Accept From Trouble Center on the East Side of Rogueport

The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.

To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.
