A Tier Jump Moves are the least recommend to moves to use in battle because of them having low damage against enemies, but they can still be useful though.
Most jump moves are badges that Mario can equip and can be collected when dropped or purchased from shops.

These jump moves are the most used and recommended to use in every battle against every enemy you encounter. They consistently provide high damage with every bounce when used on an enemy.
Along with Spike Shield and any badge that increases your attack, you can bounce on every enemy, especially spiked enemies, and deal tons of damage upon them. Jumpman can also be used to increase your jump attacks.

These jump moves can provide high damage against most enemies you can encounter, but some of them can be irrelevant. When used with Spike Shield, any jump move can be effectively used on any spiked enemy.
Spin Jump and Spring Jump are good examples of jump moves that can be irrelevant due them being outpowered by Multibounce and Power Bounce in the higher tier. But they can be most helpful when used out on the field.
