Description The princess of the Mushroom Kingdom who was taken away by the X-Nauts.

Paper Mario Thousand Year Door - Peach and X-Nauts

At the beginning of the game, Peach was seen in Rogueport where a hooded figure gave her a box which contains a mysterious map. She sends Mario this map, inviting him to help her look for a treasure.

Mario receives the map, but Peach was then kidnapped by a rowdy group called the X-Nauts, who is lead by Sir Grodus, a sort of robot-looking alien, who aims to take over the world.

Playable During Intermissions

Paper Mario Thousand Year Door - Peach Intermissions

Peach, like Bowser, is a playable character in her own sections of the game.

In between story chapters, you'll be able to play through Peach intermission levels where you will learn what is happening to Peach while she is under the clutches of the X-Nauts.

Peach will mostly interact with the X-Naut's supercomputer named TEC-XX, who allows her to send Mario emails about the X-Nauts in exchange of learning about love.
