Honey Candy can be requested from Zess T. by giving her Cake Mix and Honey Syrup. This dish can only be requested from Zess T. after completing the Seeking Legendary Book! Quest.
After requesting the candy from Zess T., you can meet up with Gob at Fahr Outpost. He can be found beside the inn, near a snowman with a bucket on its head. He can't talk, but still try to converse with him before giving him the Honey Candy.
